What is the Solution TEAM?

Hello, JAPAN DAO family! In this article, we are excited to introduce our “solution TEAM,” which recently celebrated its first anniversary. We will share insights about our dedicated team members who have a deep love for “JAPAN DAO,” reflect on our activities and progress, and convey the incredible experiences and the wonders of “DAO activities” that have brought us joy, learning, and camaraderie. We promise to fully support you in enjoying and comfortably engaging in DAO activities while deepening connections through Discord and X (Twitter).

The term “solution” may be unfamiliar to some, but it translates to “resolution or answer.” Our team’s goal is to contribute to the smooth operation of JAPAN DAO by solving, analyzing, proposing, collaborating, and raising awareness about various challenges and issues within JAPAN DAO through systems, knowledge, insights, and human resources.

Rain has been fully committed to DAO activities since the early days of JAPAN DAO, using his rich imagination and desire for improvement to make numerous proposals that contributed to the development of the DAO. Recognized for his efforts, he was appointed to the newly established position of ‘solutioner.’ As the chief of the solution TEAM, Rain manages the department and coordinates with other departments, creates and manages databases using Notion, and plans various events. His achievements have earned him a spot in the exclusive ‘management team.’ Rain’s calm demeanor, consideration for others, broad perspective, and ability to provide flexible and optimal solutions make him an invaluable asset. He is also an anime and manga enthusiast who humorously claims to be a “rain man,” which is the origin of his name.

Tommy, the team’s intellectual powerhouse, quickly cleared various training tasks to join the solution TEAM. Soon after joining, he created a project diagnosis flow and utilized a survey bot for NEWS publications, achieving remarkable results. He was promptly appointed as a ‘solutioner.’ Skilled in using various tools with the latest technology, Tommy excels in data analysis, editing, blog writing, NFT creation, ChatGPT, AI utilization, and GPT development. His diligent and highly knowledgeable approach, coupled with exceptional concentration, makes him a true “craftsman.” Tommy, who holds NFTs from the Three Great Houses (CNP, LLAC, APP), is also a camp instructor with deep knowledge and high literacy in NFT and crypto.

The self-proclaimed fan representative and author of this article. Tyaki learned everything about the crypto industry from JAPAN DAO. Despite lacking knowledge and skills, he approaches his work with a deep love for JAPAN DAO. He mainly creates manuals and note articles, always aiming to support beginners’ anxious feelings and difficulties.

• Registration of the CANVA team.

• Creation of a DB for giveaway events.
• Transcription of overseas supporter spaces.

• Launch of the forum for article submissions.

Under the precise task management of the leader, the three members continue to work together to perform various tasks on a daily basis.
We have been working together while valuing each other’s priorities such as family, main job, and hobbies, while making the most of each other’s strengths and enjoying ourselves above all else.
We are the best TEAM that loves JAPAN DAO and loves our friends!

Through our activities, we have built trust, collaborated as a team, and formed irreplaceable bonds.
